Jose Santos is an experienced professional on business and matters related to the Dominican Republic and Latin America.  Jose is a litigating attorney in the Dominican Republic with over sixteen years of knowledge and experience in legal services and trial court litigation in the Dominican Republic. He is an alumnus of the National Judicial School and a sworn officer of the Supreme Court of the Dominican Republic.

As an attorney in the Dominican Republic, he specializes in labor law, family law, immigration law, transactional law, and Alternative Dispute Resolutions cases.  As a consultant, Jose assists the large and thriving Dominican community of New York to bridge its affairs in the city of New York and its homeland in the Dominican Republic.

Jose also works directly with businesses that need human resources consulting services to satisfy their labor demands, helping them fulfill such needs using foreign labor who can take advantage of various immigration programs.

As an experienced Dominican attorney, he possesses a vast experience with the international procedure of legal documentation needed to satisfy the laws of the Money Laundering Control Act (1986), the Money Laundering and Financial Crimes Strategy Act (1998), the International Money Laundering Abatement and Financial Anti-Terrorism Act of 2001 (Title III of the USA PATRIOT Act), and the intelligence Reform & Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004.

Jose has also served as an assistant law professor, in civil procedure, at the University of Santo Domingo.
