CLG’s Managing Shareholder, Roy Carrasquillo, attended the Novogradac 2018 Opportunity Zone Expo New Orleans, on October 2-3 2018 where practitioners and investors from around the nation got together to discuss the new opportunity zone program. During the conference participants discussed the advantages of incorporating OZ financing to projects and the different regulatory requirements.
