CLG Attorneys to Lead Sessions for Lawgic Latino’s American Corporate Law Course Series


Attorneys from CLG, will lead online sessions for an upcoming American Corporate Law Coursework Series presented by Lawgic Latino, an edtech and legaltech platform serving Latin American professionals in the legal industry.

The following attorneys from CLG will lead sessions for Lawgic Latino’s American Corporate Law Course Series, taking place May 24-26: Rogelio J. Carrasquillo (Managing Shareholder), William S. Kogan (Senior Counsel), Marcos D. Vigil (Senior Consultant) and Barbara Ruiz-Gonzalez (of Counsel).

Session 2: Limited Liability Company (LLC) vs. Corporation
Session 2 will be led by CLG’s Rogelio J. Carrasquillo (Managing Shareholder) and William S. Kogan (Senior Counsel)

Thursday, May 26, 2022
Session 3: Overview of Taxes in the US
Session 3 will be led by CLG’s Barbara Ruiz-Gonzalez (of Counsel)

All course sessions will be conducted in Spanish, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Central Mexico Time (7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time).
