Attorneys from CLG, will lead online sessions for an upcoming American Corporate Law Coursework Series presented by Lawgic Latino, an edtech and legaltech platform serving Latin American professionals in the legal industry.
The following attorneys from CLG will lead sessions for Lawgic Latino’s American Corporate Law Course Series, taking place May 24-26: Rogelio J. Carrasquillo (Managing Shareholder), William S. Kogan (Senior Counsel), Marcos D. Vigil (Senior Consultant) and Barbara Ruiz-Gonzalez (of Counsel).
