CLG’s Roy Carrasquillo participated in a panel titled “EB-5: A Unique Alternative to Traditional Funding” at the 2018 Georgia Bio Innovation Summit in Atlanta. October 9, 2018

CLG’s Roy Carrasquillo attended the 2018 Georgia Bio Innovation Summit, the gathering of Georgia’s largest and most influential life sciences advocacy and business leadership organization which works to improve access to innovative technologies and grow Georgia’s life sciences economy.

During the Summit Roy participated in the panel “EB-5: A Unique Alternative to Traditional Funding” with Kanchana Raman (Avion Networks), Ismael Fernandez (Greengate Consulting), Beeraj Patel (KPPB) and Jay Yadav (MiRus, LLC). The panelists discussed how EB-5 financing can be used to provide funding to technology and manufacturing projects in addition to the traditional use of EB-5 funding for real estate transactions.

Our EB-5 immigration team also has experience centralizing and reviewing I-526 petitions for sources of funds on behalf of regional centers and/or issuers to ensure compliance with the EB-5 Program, as well as filing and reviewing I-526 and I-829 petitions on behalf of individual investors.
