CLG’s attorneys Roy Carrasquillo and Bill Kogan attended the Home Delivery World 2019 Conference in Philadelphia together with client BG Logistics.
Home Delivery World is the country’s most comprehensive event for the last mile, supply chain, and e-commerce. The show brought together 2,500 attendees from retailers, grocery stores, distributors, carriers, supply chain professionals, and solution providers to discuss innovations in retail logistics. Our client BG Logistics was a sponsor of this conference.
Attorneys in CLG’s corporate group regularly advise businesses of all sizes on an “outsourced” general counsel basis across a range of matters that arise during the course of a business’s establishment and growth in the United States. We also have particular experience in advising on issues that are uniquely relevant to closely-held (and often family controlled) businesses and their owners (e.g., exit strategies, governance and minority shareholder rights and succession and tax considerations). We have found that U.S. businesses and their owners find great value in working on this basis with a New York-based law firm with our experience, language capabilities and competitive cost structure.
