Our team has worked with developers in the financing and development of energy infrastructure projects in the United States and Latin America, including assisting them in the structuring of their financing sources.

Our experience includes assisting solar developers and EPC companies in the development of solar PV projects in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean, including utility scale, direct net metering projects, rooftop, and ground mounted projects.

Our team has experience negotiating with utilities the terms of Power Purchase Agreements, Interconnection Agreements, EPC contracts, and public private partnerships for the generation of renewable energy. As counsel to clients in the energy industry, our multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive representation in all areas related to project development, including government affairs, corporate, and economic development incentives.

Our Managing Shareholder, Roy Carrasquillo, was also a member of the Puerto Rico Energy Affairs Administration’s Stakeholders Committee responsible for the development of the different regulations implementing Puerto Rico Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard.
