Carrasquillo Law Group is pleased to announce that Rogelio Carrasquillo, Carolina Kripinski, Consuelo Guimaraes, Carlos Medina, and Jorge Salichs will attend the 2026 IIUSA EB-5 Industry Forum, hosted by IIUSA in Washington, DC.

This event is one of the EB-5 industry’s leading gatherings, bringing together key stakeholders from across the United States and abroad for several days of educational programming, networking, and discussion on the latest developments impacting the industry.

The Forum will begin on Wednesday, April 29 at 5:00 PM with the Welcome Reception in the Thornton Room, providing attendees with an opportunity to connect with colleagues and industry leaders at the start of the conference.

We are also proud to share that Rogelio “Roy” Carrasquillo will participate on Thursday, April 30 at 2:00 PM in Panel No. 6: USCIS Adjudications I: Regional Center and Project Filings. This panel will feature an in-depth discussion of current adjudication trends affecting Regional Center and project-level filings, including evolving standards, RFE patterns, and processing delays. Panelists will also examine how these developments are influencing capital deployment, project viability, and strategic planning.

As the EB-5 landscape continues to evolve, the IIUSA Industry Forum remains an important venue for meaningful dialogue on policy, adjudications, compliance, and market developments. Our team looks forward to connecting with industry colleagues and contributing to the conversations shaping the future of the EB-5 program.
